fuckyeahtattoos: I got this tattoo done this afternoon. The quote says ”Go placidly amidst the noise and haste”, which is the first line from my Dad’s favourite poem and philosophy of living, Desiderata. My Dad is without question the most influential person in my life so the quote is for him, the barn owl (drawn by me) is for me. I love owls for their solitary natures, dignity and viciousness. The work was done by Rik Brown of Smart Art Tattoos, St Ives, Cambridgeshire. It is an honour to be tattooed by a true professional. His dry wit comes for free.

fuckyeahtattoos: I just got this done today (4/09/2012) at Atomic Tattoos, Milwaukee,WI. This is my 4th tattoo, its on my ribs and it was very painful but worth it and I love it. I wanted it since I was 15. The black bird symbolizes The Beatles song BlackBird, it really means a lot to me.

fuckyeahtattoos: This is my first tattoo I got just over a year ago. I have been pretty obsessed with trees my entire life and always knew I would want one on my back, it took a lot of convincing my parents but once I told them I was gonna get the tree shading over our entire backyard they were pretty down for it. Anyways I think I have the nicest tramp stamp in the world.
